The Avon Valley Railway is a three mile heritage track that extends from Britton Station to the Avon Riverside, which also stops in Oldland. The route runs along the edge of the Avon Valley, close to Bath and Bristol, crossing the River Avon and offering stunning views of the Cotswolds countryside.
With steam trains running throughout the year and an extended summer timetable, there are also several special events and even the opportunity to learn to 'drive' a traditional steam train!
